Uttar Fulsara High is located in Fulsara - III, Gaighata, Barasat, West Bengal. Established 57 years ago, this school is a Co-educational and is located in Rural area. This is a Secondary school and is currently operational. It's affiliated with State Board for class-X exams. The school is managed by Department of Education. This is primarily Bengali medium school but English and Sanskrit is also spoken during classes.

The institution has strength of around three hundred students who are taught by 15 teachers. The student-teacher ratio is 17 students per teacher. Twelve teachers are appointed on Regular basis and rest three are appointed on Contract basis. Eleven teachers are Male and remaining four are Female.
