Kamalachara High School

Kamalachara High School is located in Kamalachhara, Kamalachara, Ambassa, Tripura and was established in year 1959. The school is a Co-educational and is located in Rural area. This is a Secondary school and is currently operational. It's affiliated with State Board for class-X exams. The school is managed by Department of Education. It is located in 47-Ambassa (St) Bidhanshava assembly constituency. The first mode of communication is Bengali in the school but English is also spoken during classes.

This institution teaches around two hundred students and has recruited total 12 teachers, thus making the student-teacher ratio of 11 students per teacher. Eleven teachers are appointed on Regular basis and rest one is appointed on Contract basis. Four teachers are Male and remaining eight are Female. In terms of Academic qualification two teachers are Below Graduate, six are Graduate and rest four are Post Graduate. None of the teachers are trained in Computer. The student classroom ratio is 14:1, means on an average fourteen students sit in a classroom which is very good. There are 39 students in class I to V, 57 students in class VI to VIII and 40 students in class IX to XII.

The school is in a Govt. building and it has no boundary walls. The school has total ten clasrooms and three other rooms. The school has one desktop, one printer and one generator in its premises. There is book bank for students. There are one boys toilet and one girls toilet for students. The school has both hand wash facility and drinking water facility for people.
