Chella Samudram (చల్లసముద్రం) is a village located in the Yellandu Mandal of Bhadradri Kothagudem district of Telangana. The village falls in Yellandu block and comes under Challa Samudram Grama Panchayat. It belongs to Mahabubabad parliament constituency and Yellandu assembly constituency.
