Astanagurthi (అష్ణగుర్తి) is a village located in the Wyra Mandal of Khammam district of Telangana. The village falls in Wyra block and comes under Astnagurthy Grama Panchayat. It belongs to Khammam parliament constituency and Wyra assembly constituency.
