Terku Kalmedu is a village located in the Ottapidaram Taluk of Thoothukudi district of Tamilnadu. The village falls in Ottapidaram block and comes under Therkku Kalmedu Gram Panchayat. It belongs to Thoothukkudi parliament constituency and Vilathikulam assembly constituency.
