High School Jamlan

High School Jamlan is located in Hari Lower, Mahore, Reasi, Jammu & Kashmir. Established in year 1956, the school is a Co-educational and is located in Rural area. This is a Secondary school and is currently operational. It's affiliated with State Board for class-X exams. The school is managed by Department of Education. It comes under Gulabgarh assembly constituency. The first mode of communication is English in the school.

The school has strength of around two hundred students being taught by around 13 teachers, which makes the student-teacher ratio of 15 students per teacher. Twelve teachers are appointed on Regular basis and rest one is appointed on Contract basis. Ten teachers are Male and remaining three are Female. In terms of Academic qualification two teachers are Below Graduate, six are Graduate and rest five are Post Graduate. One teacher is trained in Computer. The student classroom ratio is 25:1, means on an average twenty five students sit in a classroom which is very good. There are 37 students in class I to V, 67 students in class VI to VIII and 93 students in class IX to XII.
