Adarsha High School is located in Dewanhat / II, Cooch Behar-I, Cooch Behar, West Bengal. Established 54 years ago, this school is a Co-educational and is located in Rural area. This is a Higher Secondary school and is currently operational. It's affiliated with State Board for class-X & class-XII exams. The school is managed by Department of Education. This is primarily Bengali medium school but English and Sanskrit is also spoken during classes.

This institution has around four hundred students studying being taught by around 23 teachers. The school has student-teacher ratio of 13 students per teacher. Nineteen teachers are appointed on Regular basis and rest four are appointed on Contract basis. Twelve teachers are Male and remaining eleven are Female.
