Kommepally (కొమ్మేపల్లి) is a village located in the Sathupalli Mandal of Khammam district of Telangana. The village falls in Sathupally block and comes under Kistaram Grama Panchayat. It belongs to Khammam parliament constituency and Sathupalli assembly constituency.
