Lower Manikganj, Resubelpara

Lower Manikganj is a village located in the Resubelpara Subdivision of North Garo Hills district of Meghalaya. The village falls in Resubelpara block. It belongs to Tura parliament constituency and Mendipathar assembly constituency.
