Luthapur, Duggada

Luthapur is a village located in the Kotdwara Tehsil of Pauri Garhwal district of Uttarakhand. The village falls in Duggada block and comes under Kotdwara Mahanagar Palika. It belongs to Garhwal parliament constituency and Kotdwar assembly constituency.
