Pattan
Pattan is a town in Baramulla district of Jammu & Kashmir and serves as Nagar Parishad. It is also a Block, Tehsil and Block Development Council of Baramulla district.
As on November 2024, the current population of Pattan is 21.9 thousands out of which 14.1 thousands are males and rest 7.8 thousands are females. The sex ratio of this town is 553 females per 1000 males. There are around 2.1 thousands teenagers in Pattan. It has literacy rate of 66% which means around 14.6 thousands persons can read and write.
