Pedhi (पेढी) is a village located in the Bhatkuli Taluka of Amravati district of Maharashtra. The village falls in Bhatkuli block and comes under Dadhi Village Panchayat. It belongs to Amravati parliament constituency and Badnera assembly constituency.
