Mangra, Latehar
Mangra (मंगरा) is a village located in the Latehar Subdivision of Latehar district of Jharkhand. The village falls in Latehar block and comes under Dihi Gram Panchayat. It belongs to Chatra parliament constituency and Latehar assembly constituency.
