Hulikere is a village located in the Turuvekere Taluk of Tumakuru district of Karnataka. The village falls in Turuvekere block and comes under Goni Tumkur Gram Panchayat. It belongs to Tumakuru parliament constituency and Turuvekere assembly constituency.
