Kalkere is a village located in the Piriyapatna Taluk of Mysuru district of Karnataka. The village falls in Piriyapatna block and comes under Doddabylalu Gram Panchayat. It belongs to Mysuru parliament constituency and Piriyapatna assembly constituency.
