Panayal (പനയാൽ) is a village located in the Hosdurg Taluk of Kasaragod district of Kerala. The village falls in Kanhangad block and comes under Pallikkara Grama Panchayat. It belongs to Kasaragod parliament constituency and Uduma assembly constituency.
