Chitawan is a village located in the Machhlishahr Tehsil of Jaunpur district of Uttar Pradesh. The village falls in Machchali Shahar block and comes under Chitaw Gram Panchayat. It belongs to Machhlishahr parliament constituency and Machhlishahr assembly constituency.
