Bharkata (भरकटा) is a village located in the Karma Tanr Vidyasagar Subdivision of Jamtara district of Jharkhand. The village falls in Karmatanr Vidyasagar block and comes under Barmundi Gram Panchayat. It belongs to Dumka parliament constituency and Jamtara assembly constituency.
