Chapsara is a village located in the Serampur Uttarpara Subdivision of Hooghly district of West Bengal. The village falls in Sirampur-Uttarpara block and comes under Payarapur Gram Panchayat. It belongs to Sreerampur parliament constituency and Champdani assembly constituency.
