Bibiwala is a village located in the Rishikesh Tehsil of Dehradun district of Uttarakhand. The village falls in Doiwala block and comes under Gumani Wala Gram Panchayat. It belongs to Hardwar parliament constituency and Rishikesh assembly constituency.
