otegan, Bilaigarh
otegan (ओटेगन) is a village located in the Bhatgaon Tehsil of Sarangarh Bilaigarh district of Chhattisgarh. The village falls in Bilaigarh block and comes under Jora Gram Panchayat. It belongs to Raipur parliament constituency and Baloda bazar assembly constituency.
