Kovilancheri is a village located in the Tambaram Taluk of Chengalpattu district of Tamilnadu. The village falls in ST.Thomas Mount block and comes under Madurapakkam Gram Panchayat. It belongs to Sriperumbudur parliament constituency and Tambaram assembly constituency.
