Phul Bari is a village located in the Sarthebari Subdivision of Barpeta district of Assam. The village falls in Pakabetbari block and comes under Dakhin Pub Paka Gaon Panchayat. It belongs to Barpeta parliament constituency and Sarukhetri assembly constituency.
